CRE Portfolio Solutions is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage led by Jonathan Costa, a California DRE-licensed broker affiliated with the Berkshire Hathaway | Commercial Investment Properties franchise. The practice covers industrial, office, retail, land, and multi-family transactions — including valuation, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and 1031 exchanges — across the Inland Empire and Downtown Los Angeles markets.
