Nautilus Homes is a design-build custom homebuilder based in Sarasota, Florida, managing residential projects from land through certificate of occupancy. Led by President and Founder Ryan Perrone and COO Jorge Tablada, the ~10–15 person team includes project managers, superintendents, a BIM Manager, and marketing/accounting staff — all coordinating a network of 60+ specialty subcontractors across plumbing, painting, scaffolding, cabinetry, windows, surveying, and architecture.
As the company entered a clear growth phase — new hires, AI adoption, CRM and VoIP modernization — the IT environment needed to scale with it.
